Delight Gold uses real 14k/18k PVD plating on our products, the highest quality plating available in the industry.
However, all gold plating can eventually fade/tarnish if not taken care of properly. Please follow these quick and easy steps to ensure your product lasts as long as possible:

-Avoid as much moisture as possible. (Pools, showers, etc.)
-Wipe down your jewelry gently from time to time with a soft microfiber or cotton cloth to remove skin oil.
-Do not use jewelry cleaner or any other chemicals to clean the chain
-Avoid "direct" contact with cologne, body spray, hairspray, etc. (spray before wearing the chain).

We gladly accept returns for unworn items in their original packaging, within the first 7 days after you receive your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We will also require a tracking number in order to process your refund.
